My name is OPal sheedy. i am a fashion designer based in brooklyn, ny. In my work, i concentrate on knitwear, textile work, and functionality.

i value the idea that anyone can enjoy fashion. when it comes to self expression, there should be no limit to gender, age, size, ability, or identity. outside of fashion design, i do urban research on accessibility in cities, focused on new york city. this research has influenced my design, and the way i look at the world around me. fashion should be accessible and enjoyable for anyone who wants to enjoy it, and that is my passion as a designer.
